Item Description: <b><FONT SIZE=5>Click on the enlarged image found at the left and a much larger image will appear. <b><FONT SIZE=3> <b><FONT SIZE=5> Fresh from a local estate auction. Perrine Automatic Fly Reel #87. Reel was made by ALADDIN LABS, INC., MPLS., MINN. The clock works works, as does the retrieve lever. No line. The case has a small ding just below the line retrieve lever but does not interfere with the workings. There are a few small dings and scratches in the Anodized case. Case measures app. 2 3/4" D. On retrieve the reel sounds a little rough and I would guess if taken apart, cleaned and oiled all would sound great. this type of reel probably was in production in the late 1940's or early '50's.
