Item Description: You are looking at an antique signed French Romeste brass light fixture with the original marked "Deposi" art glass shade. The mark could also be Deposit but it is hard to make out. The shade is in wonderful condition and is free from all cracks, chips, hairlines and all damage. The shade has a nice bell sound when you lightly tap on the side. All of the original prisms are also included. This was originally a oil lamp that was later transferred to electric. This is a great shade that is all ready to go. I would suggest reinforcing the hooks that the chains hang on (please see picture # 9). The brass is marked "The Romeste". This piece measures 57" tall from the top of the chain to the very bottom point of the fixture (this could be adjusted). The fixture measures 17" inches wide (widest point). The shade measures 12 1/8" inches in diameter and the top measures 4 5/8" inches in diameter. This is a great piece that will be packed very well via UPS or USPS which ever is cheaper.
