It's in good condition, with the beginnings of a tear (1/2" at bottom of center fold, and tinier ones at the lower edge. There is also some minor diagonal creasing at the bottom left corner. There are, of course, small staple holes along the center.</span></font></p><p><font size="4"><span style="font-weight: bold">What a wonderful Edwardian era vintage clothing double ad - with a classic "Gibson girl" type illustration! </span></font></p><p><font size="4"><span style="font-weight: bold">The bonus on the back side: three smaller vintage ads for Mahin Advertising Company, Chicago; Cheney Brothers American-Made Silks; and A.B.
