Item Description: I am offering this nice early painting. I date it to the early part of the 1800's but it also could be a bit earlier, perhaps late 1700's. It is done on slate. There is some minor paint loss but really not distracting. I can provide more pictures if you like just send along your email address. I will try to post some others later. The overall size including the frame is 15 1/2 x 17 1/2. Size of slate measures about 11 x 12 3/4 inches..
