This rare vintage booklet is a classic that was given to new United States Citizens on the occasion of their naturalization. Filled with great vintage photos and patriotic messages, it is an inspirational booklet.
Description:
· My Dad obtained this booklet when he worked for the Federal Government. It has been stored in a smoke-free home ever since.

· Measures approximately 5 ¾” wide by 9 ¼” high
· Contains the words to “The Star Spangled Banner” with a picture of the 48 star American flag in use at the time
· Includes a reproduction of a letter dated May 3, 1950 from President Harry Truman welcoming the new citizen to the United States. Photo of White House in the background
· Includes a reproduction of a letter from J. Howard McGrath, Attorney General who also welcomes the new citizen. Photo of the Justice Department Headquarters building in the background.

Condition:
· This booklet is in Good Condition.
· Covers and all pages are intact with staples tight.
- There is yellowing from age, edge, spine & corner wear and moderate soiling on the covers.
- There are some small stains on the front and back covers and some very small areas where the grey background color has come off.
- The inside pages have light waves in them, perhaps from moisture at some point in the past.
- Other than mentioned above, there are no marks, tears, folds, stains or other flaws on any of the covers or pages of the booklet
