It has an applied handle with three rows of notches. The beautiful faceted stopper looks like a crown jewel springing from the opening.</STRONG></FONT></P> <P><FONT face="Microsoft Sans Serif" color=#AAFFCO size=4><STRONG>The base has pinwheels, fans and stars deeply cut in the base and a large 24 point star cut in the bottom. </STRONG></FONT></P> <P><FONT face="Microsoft Sans Serif" font color="AAFFCO" size=4><STRONG>The stopper has some kind of mark and looks like the number 51 with perhaps the outine of a mountain etched in the bottom of it and does have a couple of small chips and a couple of slight bruises along the edge. </STRONG></FONT></P> <P><FONT face="Microsoft Sans Serif" font color="AAFFCO" size=4><STRONG>There are no chips to the opening or the lip but there are some tiny chips on the pattern that can only be seen with a loupe. The edge of the base is chip free.
