It consists of swags with a buzz star centered and at the top of the swags, afan with a cross cut and "v" shaped under it. Just enough cuttings to have an elegant air but yet suitable for masculine tastes. </STRONG></FONT></P> <P><FONT face="Microsoft Sans Serif" font color="AAFFCO" size=4><STRONG>It stands 8 1/2 inches tall and the base is 5 3/4 inches in diameter.
