Item Description: <p>An Impressionist oil on canvas still life painting of tulips with an amber necklace spilling out of a porcelain, on a tabletop with billowing cloths. The painting itself measures 16 inches wide by 20 inches long and is set in a gilt wood frame with linen inner channel that measures 18 1/4 inches wide by 22 1/4 inches long. The nails on the back are newer and there is picture wire for hanging. The painting could use a cleaning if desired, or can be hung as is. There are two small 1/4 inch paint losses on the upper right, but the canvas is in good condition and all the other paint is intact. This is an elegant piece of Impressionist painting in lovely autumn shades of color. <p/>
