Flounces in this era were very popular.<br> <br> It closes in the back with it's very pretty original antique star pattern buttons. They are really special.<br> <br> This dress would look lovely on a large French Jumeau bebe, Steiner, Gaultier, Bru or big German bisque head dolly faced child doll. This will make your doll the princess of your collection!<br> <br> I did not have a fabric tape measure, so I used a regular metal tape measure to try to get approximate measurements for this gown. It seems to be too big for a typical baby or infant of the era.
