How do I add pictures for my items? (not third party) - Top

i. On SeeAuctions, we have a simple image uploading process. Pictures will be uploaded from your computer's hard drive. On the listing form next to "Primary Image", click "Browse" and find your listing's image. Your primary image is used on all browsing and search pages. "Additional Images" is used for the rest of your pictures. "Browse" can be clicked multiple times to add multiple images.

How many pictures can I upload per listing? What is the recommended pixel size? - Top

i. SeeAuctions allows an unlimited amount of images for your listing!

ii. Recommended pixel size is between 600x600 and 1000x1000 although any file size can be uploaded. There is a 10 MB limit on the total file size of all your images combined, so if you wish to use many pictures per listing, use a pixel size close to 600x600. This should be enough for about 100 images per listing.

What is the SeeAuctions "Extension" and "Ending Style" and how do they work? - Top

i. A SeeAuctions Extension and Ending Style relate to the same thing; A dynamic auction ending period chosen by the seller. Options include 1, 5, 10 minute an no extension period. I Sold an item, what do I do next? -top-

Once I sell an item, what do I do next? - Top

i. Send an invoice to the buyer. To do this, go to your Sold Items under your Seller Dashboard and click the "Invoice Buyer" Icon. Please add the appropriate comments and instructions for payments & shipping. It is recommended to always send an invoice for items sold.

How do I know if an item has been paid for? When is it safe for me to ship? - Top

i. For online payments: Please consult with your payment service. Google Checkout and Paypal should both send emails when an item has been paid for. Please double check by logging into your Google Checkout or Paypal account to make sure the funds are available, NOT PENDING. When the funds are available, the item should be safe to ship. If you have any questions, contact Google Checkout or Paypal to double check the payment.

ii. For payments by mail: Please consult with your bank or financial institution for adequate processing times for checks, money orders and cashier's checks. Remember, just because the bank has placed the funds into your account, DOES NOT MEAN THE CHECK HAS CLEARED. If the funds remain in your account past the processing time, it is most likely safe to ship the item. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK WITH THE BANK TO MAKE SURE THE CHECK HAS CLEARED BEFORE YOU SHIP THE ITEM.

PLEASE REPORT ANY NON PAYMENTS -or- BAD PAYMENTS TO THE SEEAUCTIONS.COM STAFF IMMEDIATLY.

Community Questions -top-

What is a user's "Status" and how does it work? - Top

i. A user's Status is SeeAuctions' way of doing feedback. Once a user wins or purchased an item, the buyer and seller have options to leave feedback. There are 4 options: Excellent Transaction, Good Transaction, Fair Transaction, Bad Transaction. These options have different values that SeeAuctions averages out into a Status Chart. A user receives a penalty if they receive a "Bad" feedback score. The Status chart determines a user's standing and will give buyers and sellers a more realistic estimate of the other users history.

How do I report an item that is thought to be a new or reproduction piece? - Top

i. Simply click "Flag this listing" which is located at the top of every item listing page. Enter a brief description of why you flagged this item and SeeAuctions with ultimately determine if the item should be deemed a reproduction and will be removed.
