How does it work?
1) Items with this option have a "Make An Offer!" badge.
2) If the "Make An Offer!" badge is clicked, you will see 2 open fields:
Offer Price: Offer Price is the amount you would pay to purchase the item.
Additional Terms: (Optional) Additional terms are a binding agreement requested by the buyer. An example is: "I will purchase this item for $350.00 if you include free shipping."
3) Send Offer: The offer is emailed to the seller. The item is then moved to the buyer's "Buyer Dashboard" under "Recent Offers."
What happens next?
One of three things will happen based on the seller's listing:
1) Offer automatically accepted: "Auto-accept" happens when the offer is above the seller's Auto-accept price. Offers WILL NOT be automatically accepted if the buyer has entered additional terms. Sellers must agree to all terms before an offer is accepted.
2) Offer submitted: Offers are submitted if they're between the seller's auto-reject price and their auto-accept price, and/or the buyer requests additional terms. It is then up to the seller to accept, reject, or make a counter-offer.
3) Offer automatically rejected: This happens if the offer is below their "Auto-reject" price. The seller may still counter this offer.
Counter-Offers:
Sellers have the ability to counter any offer as long as it hasn't been auto-accepted. If a seller counters an offer, the buyer will receive an email stating there has been a counter offer. All counter offers are also show in the Buyer Dashboard. From there, buyers have the ability to accept the counter offer, reject the counter offer, or counter back.
What else?
Anytime an offer is accepted, the item will be shown in the Buyer Dashboard under "Items Won."
Anytime an offer is rejected, the item will be shown in the Buyer Dashboard under "Items Lost."
Additional Terms are a binding agreement. If a user agrees to additional terms, they are required to fulfill the terms of the sale.

How do I list an item with offers?
When listing a fixed-priced item, the form has 3 new fields:
1) Accept offers: "Accept offers" is a checkbox enabling the listing to accept offers from buyers.
2) Auto-accept: "Auto-accept" is an amount where all offers above this price are automatically accepted.
3) Auto-reject: "Auto-reject" is an amount where all offers below will be automatically rejected. Sellers may still send a counter offer for auto-rejected offers.
